John is extremely resourceful with all aspects of the promotion process. Prior to writing the Sr JSE exam I recognized I needed some prep work and direction in order to be successful. After passing the exam on my first attempt, I credit John for his approach on exam writing. Unfortunately the methods taught within the organization are nowhere close. I began writing new examples, and again using John’s approach, my package is significantly stronger. I would recommend linking up with John to improve in any of these area.
